1. Installation of limit device: Loosen the mounting bolts of the limit device. Insert the limiter device into the guide rail of the power beam. Firstly, move the door to determine its opening and closing position, and then determine the position of the limiter. When setting the position of the limiter device, the hanging device should stop when it touches the rubber pad of the limiter. Use a hex wrench to tighten the mounting bolts securely.

2. Adjust the height and gap of the door and loosen the nuts used to fix the hanger. Tighten the nut used to secure the hanger. Confirm the resistance during walking. If there are any issues, please confirm the following: whether the hanging device is vertically fixed on the door body, whether there is friction between the hanging device and the power beam, whether there is friction between the door body and the door frame, and whether the height of the door body moving fan and the ground is generally maintained at 10 millimeters. The gap between the moving fan and the fixed fan is 5 millimeters.

3. Adjustment of belt tension: Pull the tensioning wheel device to the left with force to keep the belt taut, and then tighten the four pressure plate bolts. Loosen the four adjustment fixing bolts and rotate the tension adjustment bolts clockwise to adjust the belt tension. Tighten the four fixing bolts of the adjustment plate.

4. The installation of the ground wheel should be done by adding 5 millimeters to the middle position of the ground wheel based on half of the width of the door's moving fan during installation. If there is a sliding track at the bottom of the moving fan, and if there is no sliding track, it is directly covered with decorative panels, the spatial distance inside should be considered and calculated according to the actual situation. After installation, please ensure that the gap between the upper and lower parts of the door is the same to avoid damaging the ground wheel for a long time.

5. When installing the aluminum alloy receiver crossbeam, please pay attention to keeping it horizontal with an error of 1 millimeter. If it is not horizontal, it will cause uneven force when the door moves, resulting in a decrease in machine life.

6. Installation of door suspension: Use the attached door suspension bolt assembly to install the suspension device to the designated position on the door. During installation, the middle of the pulley of the hanger device should be parallel to the door body. If it is not parallel, it will shorten the life of the pulley. Hang the pulley of the suspension device onto the power beam. Do not damage other components and guide rails inside the power beam during installation, otherwise it may cause component failure, pulley life, noise, abnormal sound, etc.
